Gibran on 'Giving'
You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.
Here is another one that I like on Freedom
You can muffle the drum,
and you can loosen the strings of the lyre,
but who shall command the skylark not to sing?
and you can loosen the strings of the lyre,
but who shall command the skylark not to sing?
Wisdom from Gibran - on Love
And think not you can
Direct the course of love,
For love,
If it finds you worthy,
Directs your course.
